Refund eligibility is tied to your job’s status so it’s always clear where you stand.
| Situation | Policy |

| Job failed on our side (unrecoverable) | Automatic full refund or a free re-run — your choice. Triggered automatically when a job fails. |
| Job completed and delivered | Generally non-refundable (a digital good was delivered). We offer goodwill re-runs or credit for genuine quality issues, case by case. |
| Cancelled before generation starts | Full refund. |
| Cancelled after generation started | Compute is already spent; refunds are pro-rated or unavailable for in-progress jobs. |
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor. Automatic refunds for failed jobs are typically issued within minutes; bank processing times vary.
